Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 30 days from the delivery date and receive a full refund along with free shipping. 

We will not accept any returns after the listed return window.  Once the return is initiated and the label is created, the package must be scanned by FedEx within seven (7) days.  Returns will only be accepted if sent with an Aura Luxury-generated shipping label. 

All returns must be in unused and unworn condition, along with all original documentation and packaging, which includes certificates.  All orders that have been resized, modified, engraved, or altered are not eligible for return and are considered final sale.  Custom orders are also final sale and cannot be returned.

Returning Your Order

To return your order, please follow these instructions:

  • Contact us at Phone Number/Email and request a return.  We will email a return shipping authorization number and provide a free FedEx return shipping label.
  • Prepare your Return by packing your jewelry back into its original jewelry box. Place the jewelry box into a shipping box. We recommend using the original shipping box or acquiring a FedEx box from your local FedEx Store.  Properly seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the shipping box.
  • Drop off the package at a FedEx Staffed location and obtain a FedEx receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped.  Aura Luxury is not responsible for lost or stolen packages left in FedEx Drop boxes or non-FedEx staffed locations.
