At Aura Luxury, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece of jewelry.  We stand behind every piece and want you to enjoy it with confidence.  Your jewelry is made to last, which is why we back every piece with our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.

All of our jewelry is manufactured using the highest quality materials and thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. However, if you receive a piece with a manufacturing defect, please email our Customer Care team at info@shopauraluxury.com, and we will take care of the issue for you.  All requests made within 30 days will receive free shipping.

Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty Exclusions

• General wear and tear, scratching, trauma, loss of center stones, product loss, theft;
• Discoloration of metals caused by chemicals, immersion in pools, and any other examples of inadequate care of jewelry;
• Loose prongs after 2 years due to normal usage of the product.
• Warranty is non-transferable.  Only the original purchaser will be able to access the warranty.

Any service, repair, or modification performed by a jeweler other than Aura Luxury will void the warranty. Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty applies only to original, unaltered Aura Luxury pieces.
