Customized designs require additional time to perfect and will ship within 2–4 weeks.

How long will delivery take?
We partner with FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly:
FedEx Ground: 5–7 business days
FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days (expedited option available at checkout)
Is my shipment insured?
Yes. Every Aura Luxury order is fully insured from our door to yours and requires a signature upon delivery. If you’re unable to be home, you may request a secure hold at your nearest FedEx location for added convenience.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we offer complimentary returns within the U.S. if initiated within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and in saleable condition. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@shopauraluxury.com or 1-346-241-1199. We will send you a return shipping authorization number and provide a prepaid FedEx return shipping label.
How should I prepare my return?
Pack your jewellery back into its original jewellery box, place the jewellery box into a shipping box (preferably the original one or a FedEx box), seal the box, and affix the prepaid return label to the outside. Drop it off at a FedEx Staffed location.
Where can I drop off my return?
You can drop off your return package at any FedEx Staffed location. Please be sure to obtain a receipt from FedEx confirming that the item has been shipped. Aura Luxury is not responsible for lost or stolen packages left in FedEx Drop boxes or non-staffed locations.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are inspected within 7-10 business days of receipt. Once approved, the return will be refunded accordingly. Please note that custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
General FAQs
Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes, all of our diamonds are ethically sourced. We work only with suppliers who meet strict standards for responsible and ethical practices to ensure our diamonds are sourced with care and integrity.
Why are smaller lab-grown diamonds not certified?
Non-certification of smaller lab-grown or natural diamonds is standard in the industry. The cost of certifying these smaller stones would not provide optimal value for our customers. However, we conduct regular testing to ensure that all types of stones in our collection meet our strict quality standards.
Is a sustainably created diamond a real diamond?
Yes. We’ve partnered with Affirm to offer payment options on orders under $17,500. Eligibility is determined at checkout.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes once an order is placed. However, eligible items may be returned or exchanged once received.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! We use Shopify Payments, and it includes an option for customers to pay in easy EMIs (installments) during checkout. If eligible, you’ll see the EMI or installment option when you choose Shopify Payments at checkout.
